Privacy notice
Friendslop is currently being tested with a small, invited audience. This notice explains what the test stores and why.
What we store
We store your email address for authentication, plus the display name and profile picture you choose. Your display name and picture are shown to people in your groups.
We also store group membership, polls, votes, and poll responses. Whether a response is shown with your identity depends on the poll’s settings and result format.
Feedback
Feedback and optional name suggestions are stored so the test team can improve the app. Identified feedback includes your display name and email. If you choose anonymous feedback, those identity fields are not saved with the feedback.
To prevent abuse, short-lived rate-limit records may still associate your account with the fact that a submission occurred. They do not contain your feedback message.
Service providers and deletion
Friendslop uses hosting and authentication providers that process the technical data needed to operate the app, such as account and request information.
To request deletion of your test account and associated data, contact the person who invited you. Some anonymous information may not be linkable back to your account.
This notice may change as the test evolves. We’ll update this page when the way the app handles data materially changes.
